You have the same cleaner for each clean and can offer cover if cleaner off sick .

The cleaner was I'll and had advised the client she was I'll but at head office we did not get any message of this situation straight away so did not know .Soon as we knew we phoned the client who informed us she had made alternative arrangements This all happened a couple of days before christmas which is an extremely busy time for everyone. We did apologise to client . The cleaners instructions are always to advise client if they cannot turn up and ask them if they would like a cover cleaner and then advise the office which we would do our best to arrange . It seems that the cleaner was so I'll she forgot on this occasion to let us know . So we apologise profusely
