Workmen were all very cheerful and made sure we knew what was happening throughout. We had our garden fitted with a new fence and gate. They also spoke with the neighbours which made it all go very smoothly. they worked all day until it was finished, tidied everything up and made sure we were happy with everything. All in all it looks really lovely and strong, wood is already treated. We were advised it would take two days but they finished it in one and the process went exactly as Paul had explained when he came round to give us a quote. This has taken two days from me putting the work on bark.com to the work being finished at a very reasonable price, lovely people and I would call them next time if I need something else doing. Paul and his team were a pleasure to work with from the first time Paul came round to quote until the job was complete.
We had extensive work done in our garden - decking removed and replaced with patio including 3 lots of steps, path replaced, plants removed, lawn relaid, sheds removed, walls built and rendered . Our garden was completely remodelled. Paul worked with us step by step to ensure it was exactly what we wanted, offering professional advice but never pushing his ideas on us.
His team worked tirelessly for 7 straight days, from early until the light faded. They were all courteous and hard working, rarely stopping to rest. We were really impressed with their work ethic and the standard of their work.
Paul was always available to talk to throughout the work and he responded quickly to messages. He helped us to work through some difficult issues and he really wanted to ensure the job was done to a high standard.

The Assured team have been a fantastic find and we are so pleased with the service, speed and result! We had seen a few pathways/drives done by Assured Drives & Patios in Chafford Hundred and we are very impressed and contacted them about block paving outside the front of our house. Paul and his team were outstanding. They were reliable, polite and above all very hard workers. When they finished the front, we asked Paul what could be done to an area that wasn't disabled friendly in our back garden. He made a suggestion and with that we went ahead and him and his team did what we didn't think was possible. I was in the middle of trying to make a garden out of a patch of weeds called a lawn when I decided I needed some help so I called them. I am so glad I did as in less than a week I not only have a new lawn plus two seating areas I also have a maintenance free front paving area with at least two more parking spaces thats looks great. A great bunch of guys that turned up early every day (even on Saturday )and just got on with it even in these very hot days
