Shamim from Assisted Independence helped my mum for two months after her hip replacement. She helped her with personal care, as well as washing and cleaning the home, taking her for walks, and helping her to do the exercises that the physio advised. Care and support services are only available in person at a client’s home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have had 2 Covid-19 vaccines and use PPE (disposable gloves and apron) when performing personal care and when they are needed.
Home care and Support
We provide care on an hourly basis, waking night, sleeping night, daily live-in [8 -10 hours max] and weekly live-in care.
We have experience with but not limited to: Personal care, moving and handling, medication prompting, eating and drinking assistance, dementia, MND, COPD, cerebral palsy and palliative care, companionship and light household duties.
