Artificial Grass UK also known as wirral Flagging, Had them to redo our front and back flagging, the front is ok but the back slopes in 3 directions which looks terrible, paid £3000 ( the price went up after they had ripped the old flags up which tied my hands basically) and got £200 knocked off for the state it was left in, they did the front ok but they lifted the artifical grass to do this (they laid it a few years ago) and now it just lifts up as after they left we noticed they had not put the batons back to hold the grass, no reply from Mark on this? , overall a terrible job and will have to have the back redone as cannot leave it like it is, would highly recommend you don't use them. A great job done. There were lots of hidden problems the lads encountered. It was nothing like a straight forward job. They overcame every problem. They were very Friendly. Even though the job ran over (not their fault but problems encountered hidden underground and not known about before starting) they still finished quickly and did a great job throughout. Had our turf down for a few years now and it still looks as good as the day it was laid. We have dogs and they’re not fazed at all with it. It’s dead easy to keep clean and we have raised beds so have flowers and veg to complete the picture. I quite like sitting in the garden hearing next doors mower and think of the time and money I’ve saved. Mike and his team were very conscientious and when they finished our next door neighbour, having seen our back garden from their bedroom, asked how did we manage to keep our grass so short in the winter. We had Artificial Grass Uk fit a lawn for us just over 2 years ago. We had an issue with grass coming through within 6 months which they came and sorted. In June this year I contacted Mark as more grass was coming out and it is sinking in areas. He said he would come and sort but has not and is not answering my messages now. This aftercare is very disappointing. EVEN THOUGH MARK STATED HE WOULD RE VISIT WE ARE STILL WAITING AFTER 6 MONTHS - SO DISAPPOINTING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ……. It was costly and I did not expect this poor after service. Update: Spoke to Mark before Xmas and he promised to call and review the grass, still waiting and have now been unable to get any answer on the phone. As I said earlier the after service is so poor. Do not rent this house. Mark will turn up with no notice, send threatening messages, send his mates around to intimidate you, let himself in while you're out, try to illegally evict you with two days notice, and try to scam you out of your deposit. He flagged his own patio here and it is a mess. Not properly sealed, wonky and uneven, was never installed properly and now he's trying to claim deposit money back for his own shoddy install.
