How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
90% of garages can be converted, if you have the head height we can do the rest.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
The key part to a sucessful garage conversion is the corrwct insulation. You must raise the floor with insulation then match floor level with your house. Stud walls may need to be built where theres external walls so we can fill them with insulation to meet with building regulations.
Remove the garage door, dig foundations and brick up, ready to taje a window or perhaps a new set of french doors.
Electrics and plumbing will need to he started then we Plasterboard and plaster.
Plumber and electrician will be back to second fix along with the carpenter.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head height is the driving factor as to wether your loft is suitable.
