Mark offers a complete service for the process of design to planning approval and beyond. He is a decent bloke , a good competent designer and very practical. My honest review of Mark Payne after having my planning permission approved in under 2 months. If you decide to talk to Mark, you will realize straight away that Mark is always clear on the process from start to finish and thats on the process of planning, and the process of payment and the timescales. He managed his time very well, when he says he will be there, he is not lying. When he says he will call you on this day, he will not forget! When he says by this time you will see your design, believe me you will definitely have it.If at any point he could not contact me, he'd always find an other way of means to contact me to let me know, wether its email, text or even a voicemail.I have had poor experiences with Architects in the past and I assure you that Mark is certainly not one of them.He is always polite, and always answers questions clearly to reassure any of my concerns (believe me I had a lot of questions).A true professional gentleman who is on top of his game, which I would be very happy to mention to friends and family and any other person who is also developing their home for the first time.Thank you for your services Mark. All the builders we have requested to quote using the drawing provided by mark, have commented on how good they are. Whilst all the quotes for building work have been very similar, suggesting that the drawings are unambiguous, and convey all the information required. I am a building contractor and have engaged the services of Architectural Vistadesigns Ltd (AVD) on several occasions now. Based on the quality and level of service provided by AVD to me in the past, AVD is now my first port of call for all my architectural design needs. I have no reservations in recommending AVD to future clients, friends or family. As it happens AVD has currently been tasked with taking me through a Full Plans Application for extensive building work on my newly acquired home.

I have found AVD to be:
