We are a small team made up of Architectural Technicians and a Structural Engineer that provide Design and CAD drawings for homeowners, private individuals, builders and property developers.

Why choose us - As most alterations require an engineer which means you having to engage either an architect or an architectural technician, and an engineer. However, with us we have an in-house structural engineer. This means you won't ever have to deal with anyone else. We can see your project right through. This helps keep our prices competitive and cover all design aspects.
