What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing the beautiful smile on our client’s faces, and the chats we had together. Hearing them telling me how happy they are with the service we provide them makes me feel good.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start this business is that I was working in Hertfordshire for some years with a lot of vulnerable people and working with these wonderful people, I realised that all they need is someone who can respect their independence and freedom, not only that but respect there integrity and choice too. So I decided to open my own business not just a business but a business where people can feel comfortable and secure knowing that they are well-appreciated, look after and respected with their choice of life and not be judge.

I am caring, kind, compassionate, reliable, responsible, and a good listener. I respect other people regarding of their culture or beliefs. I have several years of experience in the care industry. I obtain a degree in Health and social care and a Master in Public Health.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff including Managers are fully trained including infection control training and wear the full PPE gear. All staff follow the CQC guidelines.
We provide Domiciliary care (Homecare) services to adults age 18 and over in their own home.
