Training Tony was honestly great. For someone who has struggled with gym progression and injuries, I was always put off from the gym.
Tony’s expertise allowed for him to train me in a way that’d allow me to progress while simultaneously make me more durable to re occurring injuries. Not only did he teach me to train efficiently, he had an abundance of information regarding nutrition and the science behind specific supplements which help with certain things like sleep. These helped me tons!

My journey with Tony has been both great and challenging.
I needed a push to be motivated to go to the gym.
I'm not a fitness person and I had no confidence in a gym;
I didn't know what to do, but Tony changed my mindset on sports by not only giving me the confidence and tools to improve, but also by pushing my limits when I thought I couldn't go any farther.
In three months of coaching, I lost approximately 5kg and 10cm from my waist and legs.

I have asked for Tony’s assistance as I haven’t had the best diet and shape. While I am still young it’s wasn’t too late to change things around.
Tony didn’t just help me with the exercises, but also has made a diet specifically for myself. This was absolutely crucial. I didn’t see any significant progress, until I saw pictures “before and after”. Some sessions were difficult and grueling, however this was definitely worth every penny I paid. Absolutely recommend, 5/5
However, be prepared that after the session you wouldn’t be able to walk to school/uni/work😉

I had a great 3 months working out with Tony at the pace of 3 sessions per week. He has really built my confidence in the gym.
I’m now continuing on the same trajectory we set on together knowing what I am actually doing. My goal was to put on weight and build muscle as I have a fast metabolism and I have always struggled to put on weight. Ive added 3kg in the space of the time we worked together and have been told many times that I look bigger and defined. I m pleased with the results and it’s motivating me to continue as it’s clearly working.
I am now a lot more careful with what I eat and know what calories count and macros im meant to hit for my goals, something I was clueless about and didn't give much thought to it.
I would really recommend to take the leap for anyone with a busy agenda and needing a boost to get into working out regularly.
