I am a person-centred counsellor based in Sandbach, Cheshire with experience working with adults and young people aged 11-18.

What people think that Counselling or Therapy involves varies massively, but essentially it is a safe space where you can explore any issues, events, traumas or life cirumstances which are causing you distress.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. I will meet you empathically where you are, with no expectations or preconceptions about who you might be or what you might be thinking, or what your experience of life has been.

I work with adults, children and young people across Staffordshire and Cheshire. I volunteer at Sandbach High School and I also volunteer facilitating group work with teenagers in a number of high schools in Cheshire East.
