Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I bring all the necessary cleaning equipment for a small additional fee. However, I always recommend that clients provide their own supplies, as it is a more cost-effective and hygienic option in the long term.
What do you love most about your job?
I truly enjoy helping people maintain a clean, cosy, and welcoming home. I understand how busy life can be, and that many people simply don’t have the time to look after their space the way they’d like. That’s why it brings me joy to know that, when they come home, they can relax in a clean environment and enjoy quality time with the people they love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In Brazil, I worked as an assistant at a charity supporting people with disabilities who were unable to care for their homes on their own. My role was to provide them with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, helping to make their daily lives a bit lighter and more dignified despite the challenges they faced. That experience inspired me to continue helping others through cleaning — which is why I started working in this field here, offering a service carried out with care, respect, and dedication.

I also offer my services online or remotely. I have two collaborators who can work alongside me or independently. They are under my responsibility and have been thoroughly trained by me to follow all my cleaning standards and care practices.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Although I was not here during the COVID-19 pandemic, I had already adopted important precautions in Brazil to ensure my clients’ safety. Here, I continue to follow these measures strictly, such as frequent hand hygiene and thorough disinfection of environments and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe space for everyone.
