I've had multiple massages at the Lanes Clinic. Amelia has always been incredibly professional and on point. She takes extra care in listening to the pain points, areas of focus, and pressure -- and it shows. The staff and the building also add to the experience. Hands down the best massages in town. I am so grateful Angie Giles was recommended to me, she is one of those people who found her calling in life and I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with her. She has a wonderfully unique way of working and is able to really connect with you. I noticed positive changes very quickly even from the first session. She is clearly passionate about her work and helping people to improve their lives. She is so genuine and full of positivity. I can't recommend her highly enough! More...

Angie is a miracle worker. She listens attentively, is very emphatic and gets to the heart of the problem quickly. Her advice is great and if you implement it you will see results. Thoroughly recommend

I have had a needle phobic most of my life and as I'm about to start a medication that involves self injecting daily I decided to seek help.
I had hypnotherapy with Angie Giles to see if we could do anything to improve my phobia.
It is the best thing I have ever done!
The session was calm, relaxed and Angie was very understanding and comforting.
Today I went for a blood test and it was a totally different experience.
I walked in feeling calm and relaxed.
I sat up instead of laying down like I normally do because I would usually faint or feel dizzy.
I watched as the nurse prepared the equipment something I normally asked to be done before I go in the room.
I highly recommend Angie to everyone! Don't suffer with a phobia when there is an easy and pain free way to overcome it.
Thank you Angie. You are amazing

Welcoming staff and excellent treatments offered. Hydrothermal massage is my favourite with Kim as of all the treatments I have tried for tense muscles this one works.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with people and respecting their needs
Seeing clients progress and finding ways to cope and manage life's ups and downs. It's great to see when a client actually no longer needs to work with me as they feel they have developed strategies and/ or have worked through the issues sufficiently to make a change and overcome them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working as a manager and in people development roles with people for many years, I had wanted to move into a more 'people focused' role where I could support those wanting to make a change in their life. I think a natural progression for me after a long time in Corporate life, where I had volunteered or took part in activity that would 'make a change' outside of my work.
Why should our clients choose you?
Relaxed and informal therapist, putting you at ease, whilst respecting the importance of a positive approach to therapy aims.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer my services in person on Wednesday and Thursday at the Lanes Clinic, Norwich and I am also offering online therapy at other times.
