Q&As

I get to make people smile every day. I see people who genuinely look forward to you visiting, and you know you have made a difference to that person's day.

I wanted to improve access to care, redefine how care is provided and delivered, and make a daily difference.

We have over twenty years of experience in nursing commissioning and providing care services. We are passionate about delivering quality care and getting the basics right. We do not want to expand; we want to hold a small portfolio of clients to enable us to provide outstanding care.

Yes, we do provide technology and services, such as prompt telephone calls and check-in health and social calls.

We have a strict operational PPE and post-COVID policy; all staff will be trained and observed on their infection control practices.

Services

Do you have a wedding to attend? A special birthday or celebration? Or need a weekend away?

- We do single one-off support visits when you need us most.
- We can provide drop-ins, half-days, full days or 24/7 care just for the time you need that deserved respite.

Support can be provided in a number of ways to manage the upkeep of your home, such as cleaning, shopping, doing laundry, and ironing. We can also run errands such as prescriptions and even assist in pet care.

We are professional, qualified, and registered nurses with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). We can provide Registered General Nurses (RGN), Mental Health Nurses (MH), and Learning Disability (LD) nursing care for managing medications, wound care, treatment and monitoring health conditions.

Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Rehabilitation services to improve strength, mobility, and overall physical function, reducing your risk of falls.

Support with regaining independence in daily living tasks.

We have a trained pet therapy dog, especially for those who no longer have a pet. She gives cuddles, will lie on your bed, and will sit for endless pats and biscuits!

Assistance for those with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.

Organising and administering medications to ensure proper dosages.

Round-the-clock support, including emotional companionship and help with daily tasks. We also attend new hobby groups with you for support, or we can go for a coffee or walk the dog. We have a lady in a wheelchair, where we "take the dog for a walk" when, in fact, the dog sits on her lap the entire time, but the lady smiles every minute of that hour.

Specialised care plans for individuals with memory-related conditions.

Support for recovery after surgery, including wound care and monitoring.

Supporting you and your family through end-of-life care.

We provide technology that alerts us or their next of kin if the person has, for example, left the house.
We give prompt telephone calls in many areas, e.g "prompt to take medication"
"Companion Conversations"
"Blood pressure check"
"Blood sugar / Insulin check"
"Welfare morning and evening checks"
- for those who do not need or want visits, but are happy to accept telephone calls.
