What inspired you to start your own business?
The business was inspired by the founder's personal experience receiving social care, driving a passion to provide compassionate, individualized support to others.

We implemented PPE, enhanced hygiene, health screenings, social distancing, and staff training to keep clients safe from COVID-19.

Domiciliary Support Care provides personalized support to individuals within their own homes. Our services include assistance with daily activities such as prompting with personal care, support/meal preparation, cleaning/making environment habitable, and mobility support. We tailor our care plans to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. Whether it's short-term support during recovery or long-term care, our trained staff are dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful care in the comfort of the client's home.
PA Services
Our Personal Assistant (PA) services offer administrative and organizational support to help individuals manage their daily tasks more efficiently. This includes managing appointments, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with household management. Our PAs are highly skilled in providing both practical and emotional support, helping clients navigate their daily routines with ease and confidence. The goal is to empower clients by reducing the stress of daily responsibilities, allowing them to focus on what matters most to them.
Live in Care
We provide bespoke solutions to live in care for all levels of support including companionship, helping to build life skills, ensure wellbeing as well keeping a habitable environment and giving clients and their family peace of mind. We tailor our support to individual needs rather than a one size fits all approach and will deliver support in a person centred approach
Community Outreach Service
We provide community outreach services including helping our clients access activities that align to their areas of interest, attend day centres where required, integrate into the society, have a live outside of the home environment, make friends and support clients to access life enriching activities outside of the home environment
