As part of the structural engineering design service at AMT Structural Design, a thorough design and calculation process is undertaken, which can include 3D structural analysis and design.
Our highly experienced engineers are proficient in working with a wide range of construction materials, including timber frame, masonry, steel, and concrete.
Bespoke, detailed structural drawings are produced promptly, meeting the requirements for both warrant approvals and construction purposes. Throughout the process, risk management, sustainability, and cost-efficiency are carefully considered.
For smaller projects, basic site investigation reporting is also available to support building warrant approvals.

SER Certification
As members of the Structural Engineers Registration Scheme, we can provide SER certification on projects, minimising the timescales of obtaining a building warrant through the local authority.
Normally this is the last document which is provided for achieving building warrant, as the certificate covers the building design based upon the final drawing revisions.
