How long have you been in business?
As the Director of Amenable Staffing Ltd, I have been in business for 13 years, although Amenable Staffing was incorporated 2 years ago, I have been managing other business for over a decade. I have experience in all areas of care and cleaning businesses including working with the NHS
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Depends on Clients preference. We provide equipment where necessary. We also put safety measures in place, by making sure our clients are aware of the equipment we are bringing and if they are happy.
What do you love most about your job?
positive reviews from customers. our clients are always happy at the end of every visit, because we work according to their instructions. We understand person centred and professional boundaries.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because of the positive outcomes while working as an employee.
I am a hard working individual with a genuine interest and enthusiasm for helping and looking after people. I am intelligent, energetic, reliable and patient. I have over decades of experience in different area of care including domiciliary care, mental health, dementia care, respite acre, autism, leaning disability and palliative care.

No, all ours services are in person. We visit people in their own to deliver services. We love to see our clients happy while delivering face to face services and getting feedbacks, which can be done online or remotely by emailing or calling the Manager
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distancing, hand sanitiser or any necessary PPE. We tell customers about the risk assessment you have carried out to be COVID-19 secure, as this reassures them we are following all the government guidance.
