What do you love most about your job?
I love guest services for the chance to create memorable experiences and meet diverse people, enriching their travel and ensuring their comfort. I also created a service for landlords to simplify property management and maximise their rental returns efficiently.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business by my passion for hospitality and a strong desire to leverage my decade of experience in hospitality. Seeing the opportunity in the growing popularity of holiday lets, such as Airbnb, I wanted to create a service that blends comfort and exceptional guest experiences. My background in the hospitality industry equipped me with the insights and skills necessary to provide superior service and create memorable stays, driving me to establish a business that stands out in the competitive market.

My extensive experience in the hospitality industry allowed me to bring a unique level of expertise and professionalism to property management. Strong of a decade of experiences in hospitality, I was running hotels the past 5 years as a general manager and decided that I could help people managing their properties.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have started my business just a few months ago as before I was just helping friends and family running their properties but I was working as a general manager during Covid 19 and it's been really challenging but I have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols, introduced contactless check-ins, and ensured compliance with all health guidelines to keep our customers safe from Covid-19.
