Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We provide both in-person from our office or at alternate venues and online and remote mediations but most if not all mediations are now carried out online and remotely because this is what mediation clients want as not only are online and remote mediations more convenient to have in the comfort of your own environment there is also the added benefit of avoiding the travel, traffic, stresses and costs having to attend mediation meetings in an office so online and remote mediations represent a win-win. Also having online and remote mediations reduces costs for the mediation service provider as its own administrative costs are saved by having online and remote mediations and as such we pass these savings back to mediation clients who find our mediation rates the most competitive of all other mediation service providers. Our mediation clients therefore benefit from a high quality yet value for money professional service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Probably the only good thing to come from the Covid 19 pandemic was how society considered its working environment. So that now most people do not want in-person mediation meetings anymore preferring the safer and more convenient way of mediating, online and remotely. This said for those people who still want in-person mediations they will find as a responsible mediation service provider that all the measures that were/are legally required are in place so as to continue providing a mediation service of their preference.

Family Mediation
Family Mediation is designed to help people make their own arrangements regarding their properties, finances and children and keep them out of court. As when a relationship breaks down there are many practical issues to be dealt with which can be difficult to deal with when emotions are strained and relations estranged without professional help.
A first step towards either substantive (joint) Family Mediation meetings or applying to court for judicial determination is the compulsory Mediation Information Assessment Meeting (MIAM). A MIAM is an individual meeting with a Family Mediator in which some background to the Family issues are outlined and the Family Mediation process is explained. A MIAM will last for approximately 45-minutes and at the end of which either substantive Family Mediation meetings will be scheduled or the relevant court application form will be certified by the Family Mediator.
