I started my journey with Gill because after many years of following diets I still felt like I wasn’t 100% independent and had to follow a diet otherwise I didn’t know what to do.
I wanted to try a new approach to food, but especially a new approach with my body.
In only three months Gill has changed my mindset and my life, I know now how to balance my diet in the right way and choose nourishing foods even on my lazy days.
She is a great listener and has this sweet and positive approach that really helped me and I’m sure she will help others.

Gillian is a breath of fresh air. The focus is on tweaks to your existing routine, with a focus on whole foods. There was no banned foods but a sustainable approach to building a healthier but realistic routine. I loved the healthier alternative approach to staple ingredients or favourites. Upon meeting Gill, I knew instantly that we were going to be a great fit. I have had issues controlling my weight for years and have struggled with such a negative view of myself. Gill is working with me to learn how to live a life that involves eating healthily and exercising but isn’t an all-or-nothing situation. This means I can still enjoy some of the foods I really love every day, but still live a healthy lifestyle. I have had some slip-ups, especially over the holidays, but Gill is teaching me not to dwell on them (which is hard when you have an obsessive personality).
