There are many key aspects that we love about our business.
1. Making a positive impact:
The ability to directly help people achieve a major life goal like buying or selling a home is very rewarding.

As your property manager, we set our own schedules and manage our own work, offering us a level of independence and flexibility which means that we can work according how our clients work and meet you at the exact point of your need.

Establishing strong connections with clients and creating a network within the community is a key part of our job.

What inspired you to start your own business?
There are several reasons which inspired us to create our business, the main is the ability to create a business that not only generates revenue but also positively impacts people, community and the environment. We've always been drawn to the challenge and excitement of building something from the ground up, embracing risks and learning through the process. Although we have are new to marketing on this platform Bark, the impact that we have seen that our business have made over the years is our greatest reward.

We operate an hybrid working model which means that we have the flexibility to meet with your clients wherever required. Traditional agents are stuck behind their desk in expectation of clients coming to them, we are more proactive than this, we believe that we should meet you when you need us and where you need us. Long gone are the days of shop front windows with properties that are not available but only used as a marketing prop. We are leaders in moving with the times and the time tells us that your world extends further than the nine to five and so does ours when working for you and with you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Creating the hybrid model of running our business was the best change that we made. We saw an 80% increase in flexibility and productivity and we also saw our staff's overall wellness increase. We studied these improvements closely and we quickly understood that given our staff the ability to manage their work, manage their times and manage their client and properties with flexibility of working from home or in-house was and is an integral part of our success.
We found that our clients loved this model of working, as it also gives them flexibility to fit us into their days which in allows them to give us their undivided attention when discussing their property and their needs.
