Whether we can provide our services online or remotely depends on the specific project. While some aspects can be handled remotely, an initial site visit is often crucial for a thorough assessment.

Here’s our typical process once the client has approved our quote:

Initial Site Visit: We conduct an on-site inspection to assess the structure of the property and ground conditions. This visit is essential for gathering accurate data and understanding the unique characteristics of your project.

Schematic Mark-Up: Following the site visit, we provide a schematic mark-up of the structural design. This early-stage document is invaluable as it allows you to begin obtaining quotes from contractors and understand the scope of the works involved.

Structural Package: Our comprehensive structural package consists of three sub-packs:

a) Structural Design Package: Contains detailed calculations required for your project.
b) Structural Drafting Package: Includes the structural drawings that outline the proposed solutions.
c) Specification Package: Provides all relevant details for the proposed structural elements.

The full package (a, b, c) can then be submitted to building control and will contain everything needed from a structural perspective for the approval of your project.

Throughout the entire process, we remain available to answer questions and provide support to all parties involved, ensuring a smooth and successful project completion.
