What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for Mortgage lenders for many years, I was keen to be more involved in work that would help educate clients about financial products and help them make informed decisions.
I wanted the freedom to provide personalised services tailored to each client's unique needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

I work with most of my clients remotely. People are very busy and having to take a whole day off to visit a mortgage broker can be difficult. I keep in contact with clients via e-mail, telephone and Teams/Zoom calls if required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Technology means that much of the work can be done remotely without the need to meet my clients face to face.
