I would like to give 2 different reviews from cleaning services and cooking as well. I had a cleaner for 3 hours at my studio.
She was given attention to detail in every step of the way and my studio was immaculate. I found a studio super clean tidy everywhere and could also found easily my used stuff. It was really good experience.
Another review is for the chef!! I had to prepare for 8 beneficiaries of a charity a nice dessert sugar free tiramisu!! He came and cook very well with all the necessary ingredients and did a wonderful cooking. I have paid for 4 hours cooking service and the final result was excellent!! My people really enjoy a very healthy sugar free tiramisu. They have chefs that can make implementations and customise any kind of customer request!! Thanks very much Agape medical centre!! I will use your service again for sure!! Nikolaos

Our carer for mum, a dementia patient is wonderful. I think considering mum is a new client Monsurat has done well.
Monsurat is personable, respectful of our wishes as a family and adapts well to feedback.
She works hard and is genuine in her affection towards mum. She reports well and is respectful. In a short space of time she adapted well and we are pleased with her efforts so far.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Care services, especially those involving healthcare, elderly care, or support for individuals with disabilities, often cannot be fully provided online or remotely due to a variety of reasons:
1. Physical Assessment and Intervention
• Healthcare services: Many medical treatments, such as physical examinations, diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging), and emergency interventions, require hands-on interaction. Remote consultations cannot replace the need for direct physical assessments.
• Personal care: Tasks like assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, and administering certain medications need in-person assistance, as they require physical proximity and touch.
2. Safety and Supervision
• Elderly care or individuals with disabilities: In-person supervision ensures that the person is safe, especially in cases where there is a risk of falls, accidents, or wandering. Remote care cannot adequately monitor or prevent such situations in real-time.
• Emergency response: While telehealth services can provide consultations, they cannot handle emergency situations where immediate action is necessary (e.g., if a person collapses or has a medical emergency).
3. Human Connection and Emotional Support
• Psychological support: While virtual consultations can help with some mental health issues, in-person interaction provides a level of emotional connection, non-verbal cues, and support that online communication cannot fully replicate. Personal care often involves emotional bonding and companionship, which is difficult to achieve remotely.
4. Technical Limitations
• Technology access and literacy: Not all individuals have access to the technology or internet connections required for remote care. This is particularly a concern for older adults, those living in rural areas, or individuals with low technological literacy.
• Communication barriers: While video calls and messaging are useful, they can sometimes be hindered by technical issues like poor internet connection, lack of familiarity with technology, or misunderstandings that may affect the quality of care.
5. Privacy and Security Concerns
• Sensitive information: Remote care requires transmitting personal health information through digital means, which may expose individuals to privacy risks or data breaches if the platforms are not secure.
• Consent and legal concerns: In some regions, there are strict regulations around healthcare and personal care services, requiring face-to-face interactions for certain services to ensure consent is properly obtained and documented.
6. Hands-on Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Physical therapy and rehabilitation: Certain therapeutic practices require direct physical interaction, such as massage, stretching, or mobility training. Remote methods cannot replicate the tactile feedback and personalized guidance a therapist provides in person.
• Hands-on caregiving: Tasks such as feeding, toileting, and assisting with daily living activities require the caregiver to be physically present to ensure proper support and comfort.
7. Individualized Care Plans
• Complex care needs: Some individuals have complex or evolving care needs that require a highly individualized, hands-on approach. Remote care might struggle to adapt in real-time to changing health conditions or unforeseen complications.
8. Social Interaction and Community Building
• Social isolation: One of the major roles of personal caregivers, especially for elderly or disabled individuals, is to provide companionship and help combat loneliness. Virtual services cannot fully replace the social interaction and companionship provided through in-person visits and activities.
Conclusion:
While online or remote care services have proven to be effective in many areas (e.g., consultations, follow-ups, mental health support), they are often limited by the need for physical presence, immediate response, hands-on assistance, and emotional connections. A hybrid model—where some care aspects are done remotely while others are provided in person—can be a more practical and effective approach.
