Solid foundation, insulated walls, windows, a sound roof, building services such as electrics and plumbing,.

- Make sure roof is sound
- Make sure there is a window opening if its a habitable space
- Damp proofing if required
- First fix plumbing and electrics
- Screeding for floor
- Insulate walls, battens and plasterboards
- Suspended ceiling and plasterboard
- Plastering
- 2nd fix plumbing and electrics
- Painting and decorating
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
- Suitability for staircase
- Area in roof to see if there is enough head room to make it habitable
- Access to plumbing and electricals
- Insulation in walls and roof

Building staircase, clearing loft, framing of walls, electrical and plumbing first fix, plasterboard and plastering, second fix plumbing and electrical installations, and decorating.

Aestech Construction have been registered since January 2016. I worked for other companies and ran another construction business since January 2011
What guarantee does your work come with?
Redo work that is faulty or isn't fit for purpose, or pay for someone else more competent if not completed to construction industry standard. Two years guarantee of labour for renovations or 10 year guarantee for new builds.
