Emmy was quick to respond and had reasonably quick availability to do the job. The deep clean was done swiftly and Emmy went above and beyond from what I asked to be done, using all of her own equipment. After having a serious fall, my elderly Father (94) required a home carer to help him with his day to day tasks such as getting up, washing, doing his physio exercises, overseeing his health/medication etc.
I did a google search and found Aeria Homecare Ltd via bark. From the start of contacting Emmy at Aeria Homecare she responded quickly and professionally, arranged to meet my Father at the care home where he was receiving respite care and then did a risk assessment/visit to his home before he came home to familiarise herself with the layout and what was required.
We have found Emmy and her associates friendly, caring and professional. Communication is always excellent and they also liaise with my Father's GP practise when they have concerns.
My Father is so happy to be able to stay in his home with the help of Emmy and her team. We are so pleased to have found Aeria Homecare and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

Yes, but also happy to use whatever the client proposes/ provides.

We enjoying supporting people with all aspects of daily living and also enabling them live comfortably in their own environment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have worked in the NHS for so many years and always encountered people who wanted to get back home but struggled to get the right people look after them at home.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are very passionate about what we do, we are attentive and kind. We also have lots of knowledge and experience in caring for people with a wide range of health conditions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensure we have disposable gloves, aprons, hand gels and masks when assisting people who are vulnerable.
Personal care
Assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, taking medications, and cooking.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping duties for individuals who require some assistance such as dusting, wet cleaning, vacuum cleaning, laundry and taking the bins out.
Companionship
If you just need someone to keep you company and have a chat with, then we can do just that.
Shopping
Assistance with shopping for those who are unable to get to the shops for one reason or another, then we're happy to help
