What do you love most about your job?
Variety of meeting different people, getting out to new and exciting places, sense of satisfaction when I get to work with new clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Post redundancy I wanted to have a more focused work life balance for me and my family, doing something I have a passion for meant that I was able to bridge that gap and working for someone and turned it into working with other people and providing a service which was valuable to them.

Very flexible in terms of supporting clients, self employed so very motivated to provide the best service possible and maintain a healthy working relationship which could lead to future work, have worked in both large corporate businesses and small independent operations so understand various aspects of business needs depending on type of business.

I can provide the document support service as a remote option, this would require clients to provide all paper documents they want stored (or I can visit the site and scan / take them for scanning) the majority of H&S document management is exactly that, ensuring that procedural documents are up to date at all times and having relevant and up to date copies that clients can view instantly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a client wanted me to follow any of their own internal procedures that related to a current health scare and or working with vulnerable people this would be discussed ahead of visiting the client.
