Challenges. If others have been and failed, or if the job has at least some level of adversity to overcome, I find it immensely satisfying making bespoke solutions for niche situations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
If you are on the gas safe register you have to retrain every 5 years. I did not want my employer to cover this cost as I wanted to be free to start my own adventure.
Where me and my partner have bought our first home, I decided it was time to start putting ourselves first and tackle the dream of being a business owner.
