I started working with Alex a few months ago and I've been nothing but grateful for his whole person approach. Alex is always keen to check in, get a sense of where you're at and tailor the session to fit your needs. The whole concept of virtual sessions works really well for me and Alex makes sure to take the time to coach me through movement, suggesting ways of improving posture and balance. Also, as someone with a back problem, I've always been hyper cautious about working out but Alex has gone out of his way to make sure that the sessions we have challenge me, whilst also taking into account my physical limitations. I'm a 58 yr old post menopausal woman whose tried every diet and fitness programme on the planet (without success)!!!
I started working with Alex about 6 weeks ago.
He listened to what I wanted to focus on and we start each week/session that way. It makes such a difference having a wellbeing coach/PT who listens and doesn't deal out the usual gym type stuff. I feel stronger in mind and body.
The encouragement Alex gives between sessions is also fab - advice on nutrition, links to interesting podcasts etc.

Alex is the first PT I've ever had and is honestly the best companion I could've ever asked for in my health journey. Consistancy over time. That consistancy doesn’t have to be the same sort of exericse but moving forward looking after our 4 health pillars. MOVEMENT - FOOD - SLEEP - RELAXATION.
What do you love most about your job?
I feel successful making other feel successful but I what I love most is helping cilents fundamentally change their attitude towards exercise and movement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inability to not follow someones orders ? I love to be free and explore health and fitness in my speed and bring an whole person approach, thats means, im always available on Whatsapp and encourage regular interactions.

My service in 100% online. I offer workouts via video call, during these calls we also discuss your current state, your targets for the upcoming week. Take some time for a meditation and run through any questions you may have. I’m a constant ally in your health and fitness jounrey.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This feels somewhat irrelevant now - covid allowed me to explore moving my business online. Now I travel the world working with a variety of different cilents with different goals. Im full of gratitude. ?
