To keep customers safe from COVID-19, numerous changes and measures has be implemented here’s a comprehensive approach that we have taken,
Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches, and reception areas).
Use EPA-approved disinfectants effective against the coronavirus.
Install hand sanitizing stations at entrances, exits, and throughout the facility.
Encourage regular handwashing with signs and reminders for both staff and customers.
Ensure all staff wear appropriate PPE, including masks, gloves, and face shields where necessary.
Provide masks and other PPE to customers if they do not have their own.
Keep a record of visitors and staff shifts to facilitate contact tracing if necessary.
Cooperate with local health authorities to provide information in case of a confirmed case.
Communicate any policy changes promptly to staff and customers.
