Super crammed car park, no spots and really confusing parking zones. The signs have tiny confusing text and you WILL get a parking charge notice even if you park on the side, pay for parking and don't block anyone. This building owner will respond to my review saying its ALL the customer's fault instead of practicing good customer service and ensuring customers have spaces to park and are treated with kindness when they pay for parking, make a mistake and ask for help. Anyway the lesson here: ALWAYS APPEAL! And look up the MSE Parking Forum- they have amazing tips to beat the charge as everyone here is money-hungry. In the Vista Centre account's own words: this is not a charity organisation. They will take every cent you have even if you paid for parking :) If they responded with good customer service to people asking for help, there would be no need for this review. More...

Read this review carefully before going to this place. I get the impression the staff here work under no concrete guideline and do as they please, when they please, how they please (such as how it is in India) Instructions are vague, tedious and some unnecessary and they seem to conjure up "mistakes" from your application just to waste your time and make you book and pay again for another application. I know this, because our application was denied by a gross lady on booth number 16, the morning of the 14th of October. Only to be processed and accepted by another lady on another booth number. It seems the lady on number 16 was either untrained or too lazy to do the procedure that she is paid to do. Here are some DONT's when you arrive to this place: - DO NOT give them your documents in batches, give them one by one as they will purposefully or accidently lose one of your papers so you'll have to book another appointment. - I repeat, GIVE THEM YOUR PAPERS ONE BY ONE. - DO NOT use their printing or computer service, as there is a £5 charge per page and a 1 hour wait for the computer, there is a library just a one minutes walk away that charge 25p per page. Terrible experience, was visitor to a company which hold an office at vista centre, got parking ticket despite paid parking. Appealed being refused saying private parking there are no signs whatsoever that it is private parking the only sign i see is the pay and display the ticket.
