In our experience, staff are well trained, client-centred, and trustworthy. They have been able to support my dad with complex anxiety issues and treat him with respect, consideration and good humour.
They take advice from his psychology team and also listen to my suggestions. The Care Staffs build warm relationships with him and help him to feel valued.

I contacted Acer Healthcare as I was looking for a full-time live-in carer for my elderly mother. I have been very happy with the service from the manager, and the support given to us at what has been an extremely stressful period.
From first contact until placement took just over 2 weeks. I was sent different profiles of potential carers and the one we chose has now been with us for nearly 2 weeks. The carer not only looks after my mother’s personal needs but also cooks, cleans, does the washing, takes her out and spends a lot of time interacting with her when she’s feeling lonely. She is amazing!
The whole process has been very easy and efficient with great care being taken to find a carer matching the specified requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend Acer Healthcare
