What do you love most about your job?
After creating my award winning program, The 4Cs of Accountability, Forbes was kind enough to publish my work and feature on their podcast to help small business owners all over the world be more accountable and scale quickly. as this was released, I started to have numerous small business owners and entrepreneurs contact me about ways I could duplicate my success in their business. Since launching in 2018 accountability now has over 30 clients in seven countries and continuing to grow every month.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am not a Dr. Phil type coach. My focus is on helping small business owners and entrepreneurs quickly obtain ROI not only for coaching services but on all investments they make into sales and marketing. I firmly believe that sales solves all sins and that we can aggressively grow a business by working on the way they sell, how they sell, and who they sell too. This is closely aligned with marketing strategy but in the end of the day it comes down to making the cash register ring as often and quickly as we can.

If the location is close enough, I'm more than happy to travel and work in person. With the onset of the global pandemic is allowed for virtual work in almost any industry and any part of the world. Therefore I can work with you on your time zone and in the format that best fits you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
N/A This is not applicable for the work that I do though we do make sure COVID-19 protocol is followed with our clients.
