What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the disabled bathroom marketplace for over 30 years and running a successful company for the last 15 years, it was becoming more and more commonplace that clients were not getting the right advice with their new specialist bathrooms. Poor equipment choice, equipment installed in the wrong position, poor functionality of the bathroom, being overcharged, poor installation standards and being pressured into having something they didn't want are the most common problems I have seen over the past 3 years. On the back of these occurring problems, I decided to set up a"advice only" service, which will help clients all round.

We offer a home consultation which is about fact finding: current bathing, ideas including functionality, design, aesthetics, equipment availability, sourcing, budgets etc. We also include an existing (bathroom) measured survey. We use all the information gathered to produce ready to handover in the form of layout of your new accessible bathroom, detailed specifications, guidelines, equipment advice recommendations etc.

Unique Advice Only Service
We give independent and impartial advice on all aspects of disabled and accessible bathrooms including: wet rooms, walk in showers, walk in baths, powered baths, washer dryer toilet systems, bath lifts, comfort height toilets, wash hand basins (concave), bath lifts, Doc M packs, hinged arm supports, grab rails, body dryers, shower units, shower seats, anti slip flooring.
