What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked as a joiner for many years I worked on bespoke tables. So working for myself was the natural progression, so that I could ensure the quality of work and high level of customer service that I would seek form a professional trades person.

Full table servicing
Full servicing for both snooker and pool tables of all sizes. Can be one off or periodic as required ie six monthly or annually dependent on usage.
A service includes :
▪️Complete table assessment to identify wear and tear, any work needing attention and suggestions for optimal care
▪️Reposition all cushions and pockets, realign and refix
▪️Remarking of cloth
▪️Precision re-levelling
▪️All bolts checked and tightened
▪️Tightening of under frame
▪️Any bespoke work required by the client
Recovering
Full or partial snooker and pool table recovering in quality Hainsworth cloth as standard, or whichever brand is preferred. Alternatively, existing cloth can be stretched if relatively new or still in good condition.
Cushion rubbering
Clients will notice over time that the bounce on their cushions diminishes. When the rubber on a snooker table cushion becomes hard and loses its bounce over time, it's often referred to as "dead cushion" or "dead rail." This happens due to the rubber deteriorating, losing its elasticity and ability to effectively rebound the balls. The condition can result from factors like age, exposure to temperature fluctuations, and frequent use. Regular maintenance and, eventually, replacing the rubber are necessary to ensure the cushions remain responsive and provide the proper playing experience.
I can replace rubbers as needed, however a full set is always recommended. Also, pocket sizes can be adjusted to preference.
Relocation services
Moving home or room can be a challenge due to the complexity of table construction. I provide dismantling, moving and rebuild services. This can include transport nationwide if needed.
I work with many clients who undergo renovations or insurance claims who require in home dismantle and storage for rebuild at a later date.
General repairs and maintenance
Should you notice an issue with your table I can assist with on site repairs, for example common issues are:
