Rented on here for over 10 years. Found them very fair folk to work with, as a landlord they are excellent. There are many small businesses here, from model railways, electric car charging and a superb cafe which serves home cooked and convenient food. The breakfast is amazing!

What inspired you to start your own business?
We were both working full time in pressured environments and employed several cleaner for our own home. These ranged from national names to local individuals. We found a couple of problems consistently, we were not able to tailor the services to our needs or were to be locked into long contracts. Both of which we didn’t like.
Our backgrounds are in project management/client services and commercial kitchens and hygiene, we decided we could do better!
Able Kleaners was born and maintaining the ethos of customer satisfaction and flexibility along with exacting standards, has grown from strength to strength.
regular cleaning
For those of you who wish to return to a freshly cleaned house on a regular basis the below is included as standard.
Our packages are designed to meet all budgets and requirements and cleaning can be carried out on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
We will provide you with a free, no obligation quotation to clean your entire home, alternatively we can tailor make a schedule to fit your budget or list of priorities.
All cleaning is inclusive of materials and equipment and carried out by employed, trained and uniformed staff. All of whom have been DBS and reference checked.
Regular cleaning is carried out on an hourly rate of £14.00.
Cobweb removal
Dust and polish of all flat surfaces and ornaments
Damp wipe of all accessible skirting boards, architraves, door and light fittings
Clean and polish of all internal glass and mirrored surfaces
"Making" of beds and sofas
Emptying of bins including wastepaper baskets and bathroom waste.
Vacuuming of all accessible floor area
Mopping of all accessible hard floors
Degrease and sanitise of all external kitchen cupboards and work surfaces
Wiping over of all kitchen appliances
Lime scale removal of kitchen sinks and draining areas
Lime scale, soap scum and sanitise of all bathroom fittings including shower screens and toilets
Polishing of all chrome type surfaces
Deep Clean
Deep cleaning is as it sounds a deeper type of clean than your regular vaccuming and wiping down.
Below is an example of a deep clean schedule which is normally booked twice a year. It provides an exceptional level of cleaning to areas not normally tackled within your day to day routine.
Deep cleaning of a three bedroom house normally takes between 5 and12 hours dependent on the property as opposed to 2 to 3 hours for regular weekly cleaning.

End of Tenancy
End of Tenancy cleans are fast becoming a necessity either arranged by the moving tenant to ensure deposits are repaid or by landlords to provide a clean start to their new tenants.
Able Kleaners have performed hundreds of such cleans over the years and we exceed the standard required by all.
The below is a generalised list of what can be expected of an End of Tenancy clean although as with all of our services this is fully customisable.
