Carpet Cleaning
Seems like nice guy. But My experience was not too great with service. First they block up toilet carpet too wet. After day or 2 one room giving off strong odour. No response from the company

The carpets were in very bad condition and heavily soiled, so I had to use a large amount of chemicals, and water and put in a lot of effort — it took me 4.5 hours. I cleaned the entire flat (4 rooms), moved leftover construction items, and ensured everything smelled fresh (which the customer’s wife confirmed). A few hours later, the customer called to say the toilet was blocked — which is not something that could have been caused by the carpet cleaning. Still, I said OK and returned. While I was on the way, they used an HG unblocker and confirmed everything was fine. Now they’ve messaged again asking me to come back. I’m afraid we can’t keep returning again and again for a single paid visit. I did everything properly and professionally, as I always do for every home — and everything was fine when I left. So this review is not fair, as I went above and beyond to provide a good service. Thank you!

What we love most about our job is seeing the instant results and the smiles on our customers’ faces. It’s satisfying to turn something that looks tired or stained into something fresh and clean again. Helping people feel more comfortable and proud of their homes is the best part of what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our own business because we enjoy cleaning and love seeing the difference it makes. We knew we could offer a service that’s not just professional, but also friendly and affordable. It just made sense to turn something we’re good at (and enjoy!) into something that helps people feel great about their homes.

Our cleaning services are carried out in person, so we don’t offer remote or online cleaning. However, you can easily contact us online or through WhatsApp to get a free quote, ask questions, or book a visit. We’re always happy to chat and help however we can!
