Property photography / Architecture photography service
The photography shoot costs £110 plus VAT per day and includes 15 edited images. A £50 deposit is required when signing the contract. After selecting the watermarked proofs, additional photos can be requested at £7 each. Travel expenses will be added to the total cost with a receipt provided. The photographer grants the client the right to use the portfolio images for five years within the UK for media, press, website and events.
3D virtual tour service with the added option of a schematic floor plan
The 3D scanned virtual tour service costs £110 plus VAT per day, with the option to add a schematic floor plan for £50 plus VAT. A £50 deposit is required when signing the contract. Travel expenses are not included in the total cost; a receipt will be attached to the invoice. The photographer will host the final version of the 3D virtual tour for 3 months at no additional cost, after which it will be archived. The client may request to obtain the project after deactivation for an extra charge. Reactivation costs £30 per 3-month period and can be requested multiple times within 3 years. The archived project’s digital assets will remain accessible and downloadable via Dropbox for 5 years.
