How long have you been in business?
A1 Star was started in 2015 offering travel agent services and nursing services. To date; we have since added cleaning, companionship/care, training and events planning services.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We usually discuss this with the clients as our service is flexible and ; tailored to each client individually. When needed we bring our own equipment and supplies whilst with other clients we use their equipment and supplies. With some of the cleans we do; we compliment each other with the client by adding our own equipment and supplies to the ones that the client already has for best results.
What do you love most about your job?
We love ensuring that the customer is satisfied after a job well done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a problem solver has always been our biggest inspiration.
As working professionals we realised that nothing beats the feeling of coming to a clean home(domestic cleans) after work and you equally thrive well working (commercial cleans) in a clean environment. With experience as a travel agent we know that customer satisfaction and good first impressions start from the moment one walks into a clean hotel room (air b n b cleans).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff have been trained the importance of wearing PPE clothing during cleans.
To prevent cross contamination each client has their own cleaning clothes & we wash them after every clean.
We encourage staff not to attend work if they are not feeling well.
