Lisa and her team were great! they did an end of tenancy clean and went above and beyond our expectation's .Everything was immaculate when they finished and I felt happy for the new tenants moving in .I would highly recommend!!!

Alwyn you are very spiteful We showed you the thick grease on the top of the kitchen cupboards which took 2 hours to degrease and clean no I don’t suppose you will not use us again as you told us you were going back to Australia today Check my other 22 reviews out they can’t be wrong you picked up on a piece of fluff and 1cobweb You fail to mention that fridges were all pulled out and steamed and moped behind you also failed to mention the carpets are so old and faded and all need replacing I am not going to get in a wordy war with you You were asked if you were satisfied and you said yes on the day if you wasn’t then you should not have paid us

They were awful. Standard of clean and attention to detail was appalling - I am not the most ardent of cleaners but I had to point out dust left in drawers, bath not even wiped let alone cleaned, cobwebs overlooked, and so on and so on, despite a promise for a 'total clean'. They communicated excellently prior to the clean to reassure us of their attendance and stressed that they would undertake a thorough clean in order to ensure a successful handover to the landlord. They carried out half a job. Even I offered to pay £80 extra from what I was initially charge as a good gesture as I was not around to monitor the job.
She happily took all the £380 and did half a job.
I will tell you now. This cleaning service is very very very bad.
Stay clear for your own sanity.
I do not understand how they got on bark. They are horrendous.

How long have you been in business?
I started my business life as a horse trainer .
and in this industry having a good eye for detail is important .
In my cleaning business i use the same ethos which is an eye for detail ,If i would be pleased with the job i am doing for a customer then my customer will be happy and if not the case i will come back free of charge
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I supply all cleaning equipment using the latest machines and where possible eco friendly products
What do you love most about your job?
i have a ocd on things being clean and find it satisfying when we finish a job and everything is gleaming .
What inspired you to start your own business?
i got involved at first with a friend. but they didn't have the same vision as myself .
so i started up on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
because i have a keen eye for detail so i tend to look at the jobs with X-ray eyes i like my clients to be happy with the service i do .

we test every week and i like to wear a mask if i think a customer is at risk of infection
