Extremely unprofessional experience. This cleaner behaved inappropriately and harassed me at my own property, which is completely unacceptable.
There was no respect, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. I felt uncomfortable in my own space, which should never happen when hiring a service provider.
She also destroyed my linen, and when I questioned her about it, she said she “couldn’t be asked to dry and fold them ,you do it yourself.” That response alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
I would strongly advise others not to book her for cleaning under any circumstances. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend her services to anyone.
