I had a deep cleaning job for my grandparents and contacted A D Solutions from the onset you could tell they were professional , spoke respectfully and patiently. We dealt with Dean initially who showed interest to help and understand the situation and what was required. He explained clearly what was going to happen and maintained that throughout the process. They came to my grandparents home and assessed how long the job would take which is excellent as it is clear to both customer and service provider the hours taken. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer a remote service. Our commitment to providing hands-on and in-person cleaning services requires our team to be physically present at the property to deliver the highest quality of cleaning and ensure customer satisfaction.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have strong cleaning protocols to include more frequent and thorough disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, and countertops. Also the use of disinfectants that are effective against viruses and bacteria.
Our team will wear appropriate PPE, such as masks and gloves, during cleaning to minimise the risk of transmission.
We will ensure there is good ventilation during our cleaning process by opening windows and using fans to allow fresh air to circulate.
