Despite leaving a previously glowing review, I am unfortunately having to amend this because:
Adam did not fulfil his promises of doing what I had asked for, infact he delivered a poor service and asked for cash upfront for some of the jobs and some to go into his account before completing any tasks. The tasks aforementioned were executed in a unprofessional and "shoddy" fashion. He appeared to be "flitting" from one job to another and be unreliable in his timings . It would appear that he was carrying out multiple jobs elsewhere, hence not being able to deliver quality work in hand. I feel bitterly disappointed and felt he disregarded my requests . I felt vulnerable and feel duped into thinking I was going to receive excellent service and polished finish. Do not hire this man! "Shonky" work and all of it seems dodgy and shady. We used A D Renovations to demolish a cheap 'lean to' at the side of our property.
They replaced it with a first class finished 'lean to ' which is much sturdier and robust.
This company went above and beyond what we were expecting and for a good reasonable price.

We had another building company start to carry out a landscaping project for us but we were not happy with them so we cancelled the contract with them.
We then contacted A and D Renovations via the Bark App to give us a quote to take over and carry out our landscaping design.
A and D pointed out multiple issues which i agreed with and A and D and there team took on and created our perfect landscape garden we wanted. Amazing company. I used them for some roof repairs for my elderly father who had been scammed by some previous ‘roofers’. Adam and his colleagues came to assess the roof . They were so professional and insisted on coming when I was present so my elderly father didn’t feel pressurised in anyway. They were knowledgable about the trade and gave me an honest appraisal of work that needed doing. The dodgy builders had quoted me £2000 but Adam quickly discovered they had quoted on work that didn’t need doing, and quoted me £300 for the work that was required. My work was completed with in the time scale they gave me.
All work was discussed to my self by Adam and planned out and Dave aware of everything and carried out the work.

A.D. Renovations responded very quickly when we posted our job, came to assess in good time, gave an extremely competitive estimate, started and completed the job quicker than we could have hoped when we first posted.
They were pleasant at all stages of the procedure and their systems of communication are efficient and professional. Payment was easy.
Most importantly the work they did (renewing a long section of post and stock wire fencing) was done to an impeccable standard. They cleared up perfectly after themselves.

Big garden wall.
Removed all old sagging brickwork, replaced with reinforced concrete plinth, concrete posts and fencing. Discussed work as progressed. Happy with result.

Do not use. Cowboy. Left job with excuses and was always asking for money and left job with work not done

DO NOT HIRE!!!
Property repair? Destruction more like. Hired him to repair floor under bath and replace joists, replace plaster board and re-tile.
Never turned up on time. Then left job with more issues than there were to start with.
1. Bath is dropping again as floor joist just propped up with wood not fixed to wall.
2. New floor board is lower than rest of floor.
3. Waste pipe not fitted correctly and now leaking.
4. Overflow pipe not even fitted!
5. Didn't replace plaster board or tiles.
6. Shower screen has 5mm gap and won't stay in place.
7. Left all the rubbish for me to dispose of.
Contacted him to get it sorted daily for a week, each time he gave me a different excuse. Now after 3 weeks without a functioning bath I'm faced with having to hire another tradesman to do the work. Sadly he took my savings and I can't afford this. Only contact I've had is when I told him I was reporting him to trading standards. Asked for refund guess what? He's gone silent again. I wouldn't trust this cowboy to change a light bulb!

Very low quote but assurance would be completed to good quality was available immediately which I should have been wary of. Shoddy work, never on time and didn’t complete.
