A Bit Of A Do were excellent for an event run by the Hampshire Medical Fund at Basingstoke Hospital. Our special day, which took place on the 10th of June 2023 at Little Dower House in Old Windsor, had its fair share of challenges, including a significant delay due to a potentially event ruining car accident. Kerry and her team stepped up in a way that was nothing short of extraordinary.

Despite the unexpected setback, Kerry and her team remained incredibly calm, collected, and professional. Their ability to adapt to the situation and go above and beyond to ensure our wedding ran as smoothly as possible was truly remarkable. We used A Bit of A Do for a 50th birthday BBQ for 60 people. Kerrie and all her staff were very professional yet provided a very friendly and personal service. Kerrie had a lot of good advice and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Both the food and service were fantastic. The food was delicious with a good variety, catering for various dietary needs too. The birthday cake was also amazing and disappeared very quickly! We were able to hire everything we needed from Kerrie, from tables and chairs to cutlery and glasses, and in particular the bar hire went down very well with our guests! We worked with this fantastic team for our Son and Daughter in law’s wedding last week. We had a BIG ASK. A fussy party with all sorts of allergies and needs. They were met with every intricate detail. Perfection at every turn. Even went above and beyond and went and got us “Water Jugs” that they were not even asked for. She just offered. Exceptional service!

We came to Kerrie in a bit of a bind as our previous caterer had bailed. What a fortunate thing that turned out to be…. We were looking for a lunch buffet for around the 100 people mark for which the menus on offer looked superb. There was a lot of flexibility in what we could request and fluctuation in ultimate numbers which were accommodated right up until the last minute.

On the day Kerrie and her team were absolutely fantastic. Warm, welcoming, friendly, professional are a small subset of the sound bites I got from the guests regarding what was laid on and how the service was conducted on the day. They were also very flexible. Due to bad roadworks in the area a lot of our guests were delayed and pushing back the start time was no problem at all for them.
