I was very happy with the team that 360 sent to complete the deep cleaning in my home. Every time I looked everyone was working bery hard and the house was spotless when they'd finished.

360 provided an excellent deep clean of my house, the cleaners arrived and finished on time and did a great job. I had hoped to empty the house of furniture ahead of the clean, but was unable to do so, however 360 waived the additional fees they would have charged because of this. I used this company again for a deep clean. And once again they have surpassed all expectations. Very happy with the result esp the oven clean. Looks brand new again.

This company is shocking, I booked an end of tenancy clean and half of the things they said they would clean, they didn’t. I sent them pictures and got £50 back which was not good enough, when I asked to speak to a manager, they refused. They said they sent their best cleaners but honestly, I done it better myself. I took a day off work to clean simple things that they claimed they cleaned, it wasn’t even that hard. Lazy cleaners, house stunk of smoke and shocking customer service. After reviewing many cleaning companies I chose 360 deep cleaning and had an exceptional experience. Most of the companies I contacted had me do an online questionnaire of what I needed cleaned with no other contact. 360 deep cleaning had the online questionnaire as well and was the only company to actually get on the phone and call me with in minutes of my submission to see what my needs were and schedule out a day. Communication was good but 360 Deep Cleaning Ltd do not carry out the work, they subcontract it out. We wanted our house deep cleaned for when the new tenants arrived. However we had the following issues with the subcontractors:
1. They disputed cleaning the carpets, saying it wasn’t included, when it was.
2. They also disputed cleaning the fridge saying it wasn’t included in the clean, when it was.
3. They used so much water cleaning the bathroom floor it leaked through to the below ceiling floor. They also used excessive water on kitchen laminate floor which made the floor warp.
4. They left cobwebs, didn’t clean the skirting boards, and other surfaces.
5. They came back to our property after raising the issues, to then complain about doing additional hours saying they’d already done 10hrs work, which was not true (2:30 pm till 7:30 pm). The cleaners had an attitude making us feel as if we were in the wrong. When we were simply getting them to clean what was in the contract.
6. They came back to rectify the shampooing of carpets but didn’t bring their equipment so wanted to use ours. They didn’t have any cleaning solution and was going to use an all purpose hard floor cleaner for the carpets!!!
7. Two fridge doors went missing and they tried to say it was us who got rid of them.
8. Made out the the fridge was completed when there was dirt and residue in there.
9. 360 deep clean originally advised that a refund for the incomplete service was not possible.
10. I had to argue my case for the damage to the ceiling, missing draws and incomplete work to get a partial refund.
