How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help the client by showing them there FULL potential, everybody is able to achieve anything they want and this is the same to all types of people. I am here to take the client on there path and set realistic goals for them to achieve
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
80% diet 20% exercise. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
Nutrition must be nailed and used as a tool to achieving a good body (good physiology aswell) but knowing when to treat yourself also.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the smiles on clients face when they have achieved there goals.
