What do you love most about your job?
Helping others to achieve their potential, whether it be from helping them to recognise their skill set and expertise, or providing them with solutions and strategies to assist in the work place. Not only do I love helping individuals, seeing the difference in a training room when the subject matter clicks with the attendees, and seeing people's understanding of new techniques and motivational levels really does make a huge difference to me and what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for major employment companies for over 18 years providing training, bid writing and employability skills. Although I have achieved great success for the companies I have worked for, I selfishly want some of that success for myself. Working for a company means that sometimes you have to compromise on what you can deliver due to other work commitments, by working for myself I am able to deliver the quality of service which I personally feel is needed, whether this be through winning new business for Companies, helping individuals to sell themselves effectively, providing coaching for new managers or through designing bespoke training packages tailored to the Companies personal wish list.
