Helping people to help themselves. Ensuring that they know that they are in charge of their own growth, healing and development.being in charge of my own future and destiny.

Being in charge of my own destiny and future.
Why should our clients choose you?
Bea cause I am very proficient in my role as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. Most of my clients come from GP referrals and of course word of mouth. I offer a free initial consultation during which both the client and I are under no pressure to follow any work up. My success rate in areas such as smoking cessation, weight control, anxiety and self confidence is very high and references if needed are available.
