Excellent product, I have had the "Enforcer 4" for 2 years now and i have never had an issue with it!

The data that it stores is brilliant, the mobile app works hand in hand with the product and I rarely have to charge it either!

I would recommend Trackershop to anyone.

Keep up the good work!

Trackpod 4 & Trackpod 5

The only thing more impressive than these little trackers is the impeccable after sales service I’ve also received over the years.

We use them to track our shipments of exhibition stands between our factory in the northwest of England and exhibition venues across mainland Europe and Scandinavia.

Amazing how accurate they are, and also how controllable the various settings are simply by sending messages direct from the mobile app.

Secreted in our toolbox they also serve as another level of security once we are onsite.

Great product, easy to set up straight from the box.

I got the personal ProPod4 because of the extremely small unit to conceal on my motorbike. I've been worried about bike theft in Bristol and a live tracker has give me real peace of mind.

Its so easy to use and setting zone alerts is a really useful tool. The mobile app is great for when your away and want to check in.

Being portable I'm charging it roughly every 10 days when it gets to 20% battery life. I use my bike 2-3 times a week at the moment and the rest of the time it's locked up, the sleep mode helps the battery life considerably.

I couldn't recommend it more!

I would highly recommend trackershop UK for anyone looking for a security device for their vehicle, and here’s why.

1: product knowledge (they know their products and features inside out)

2: A very transparent company, (what they say they will do in the time frames they state)

3: Professional (highly professional company when doing business)

4: Customer service, no a customer experience, big difference here, these guys do deliver and make you feel like you are their only customer when in truth they deal with lots of people on a daily basis, they make you feel very valued and make it a personal experience, they take time with you explain clearly the steps what will happen before during and after, this is what won my business!

5: A genuine company they want to get it right and provide a product to suit you not them, they have 100 percent got this right!

It has been a very very long time since I have dealt with a company that made me feel very valued this company got it spot on and I know if things were to go wrong then they would be at the end of a phone for me.

So Thankyou Mark and your team for delivering an excellent product and delivering a excellent customer experience, Well Done.

Purchase: PROPOD 4

Where to start? These guys are fantastic - a family business, and it really showed!

I'm going to go a little in-depth here, partly because the product warrants it and I'll provide details that I wished to see in objective reviews, but did not - but also because this business is fantastic too, on a number of levels.

So - purchase and delivery was spot-on (DPD). Arrived nicely packaged with great instructions in the form of at-a-glance A5 flyer-style guides.

Now on to the product itself. I'd say my purpose is I imagine less common, in that it's for the kids, not the car! I see tech like this as allowing modern kids (under 10 in our case) to be allowed out in a manner more akin to yesteryear - but where the tech bridges the 'worry-gap'. The need for this (for us at any rate) also comes up even where our very young child is out with relatives or grandparents, but where things are at that stage where you're wondering if said older (or even younger) person still is 'capable' of keeping up with or keeping a leash on a small child - you sometimes only find out when it's too late.

Hence GPS tracking technology comes into play. In summary this little device is simply fantastic, & I've been 'testing' it to see how it actually behaves, and under what circumstances. Our older kid is going on a three-day residential, more than 100 miles away, and she's only 10. Some parents just 'chill out' about this kind of stuff - we happen not to. From a coach crash to something else, a tracker will help keep worries at bay. If anything - the entire point for us is *not* to worry - and a tracker allows this, in the way a baby monitor can allow one to get on with one's evening. If you're finding all this mindset annoying, you shouldn't really have read this far!

The business' customer suppport is fantastic, and phone-based, as well as e-mail. I rang up with the classic 'silly' questions - with everything answered amazingly. My first ever call to the business (prior to purchase), I spoke to Mark, the owner of the business (I take it) - so was very assuring to have this level of interaction, especially with a service and support-based product. I'd also spoken to a George and a Paula - and Paula, your explanation of what the compass icon does was spot-on (and not obvious at all, reader) so impressive to see such good product knowledge (about the app in this case), from having rung her up and asked her there and then! She just clearly knew the product like the back of her hand. And all this is for me really crucial when committing to a service such as this - you're relying on an infrastructure, it's not just about the little black box.

So on to my tests - all with mind to having this accompany my ten year-old for a three-day residential, and for which mobile phones are banned!

I'd set my device to report its status every minute.

Its stupendous battery life is down to a movement-based sleep/wake feature. In sleep mode, it's not continually GPS-locked & reporting its position (using more power), as it can be safely assumed it's where it was when it went to sleep. This of course only works if it's sufficiently sensitive to movement & can't be fooled - to this end it has a three-axis sensor, & even walking up to it on a desk, tripped it (floorboard vibration)!

GPS locking is amazing & rapid too - I tried to 'bury' it in varying places, but it still managed to obtain a lock in surprising circumstances (e.g. indoors, in a drawer!).

To my mind, a decent GPS tracker must have mobile network access - this does, & can roam to any network. True peace of mind that it'll do its job.

Battery life seems fantastic - 80% after 48hours of it being in constant use (per-minute reporting), and depletion has been linear. I've been keeping it on my person, to maximise wake mode, & minimise sleep mode. So in real use, it will last even longer.

The App is the icing on the cake - it is very slick and very comprehensive. I could go on, but I already have! Any questions, shout me (arifATlucentlens.co.uk)

Having recently had a car stolen from my driveway I kick myself for not getting the GPS tracker sooner! It is ridiculously accurate and easy to install. I am going on holiday soon and have been nervous about leaving my car parked and unattended for a long period but knowing that I can easily check my GPS tracker whilst I am abroad has given me great peace of mind. I am looking forward to seeing by how much my motor insurance company is going to reduce my premium now I have a tracker fitted. I have nothing but praise for Trackershop, the customer service is both efficient and effective. More...

Not the first time my wife (Alzheimer's) has wandered off, but the first test abroad in 2 years of using the Ultra Mini GPS Device. .
Last month (April 2017) on a tour in Northern Portugal my wife became separated from a group of 25 in a medieval town with twisty, narrow, pedestrian-filled streets. She had, it appeared, followed a local to the town bus station. The i-phone app pinpointed the location of the device to within 20 metres. We would have been re-united in less than the 15 minutes she was missing if the app had shown my location and North on the map as well. (So maybe only 4.7 stars.)
