Unfortunately, Steven from Steen has currently taken over 40k of our money with only 10k of work done, which on investigation is poor and will need to be fixed. We have water waste going out under our main house and the foundations and block work was not done to plan and some will need to be ripped out and the rest will need to be checked. The site was also left in a state. Steven or the contractor have not responded to the necessary repairs and our request for our money back and we have found out that they are now initiating liquidation. A friend of mine also had major problems with the company too. So they have essentially stolen £40K. Avoid any future companies they open up! More...
