We had a private cooking workshop with Stan and Laura at their Branwell workshop learning how to cook with spices. It was a fantastic hands on experience cooking (and eating) a number of superb middle eastern dishes. Stan and Laura were brilliant - very welcoming and friendly and very happy to share their knowledge and professional cooking tips. The food we cooked was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Stan has supplied food for my wedding and various events for my business and I cannot fault his food and professionalism in any way.

Fantastic food!!! Stanley catered at our recent music festival, the Music Barn in Cranford and didn't disappoint with a fabulous selection of freshly made mezze platters. Really unique offering. Absolutely the best idea for a works Christmas doo on the premises at lunchtime. Stan arrived, set up and cooked 2 delicious dishes - Bavarian Brunch and Massaman Curry with mango salsa and peanut salad. Delicious. We polished off the lot, and then had churros and chocolate dipping sauce. Stan cleared everything away - no mess, no fuss. Everyone loved it. More...
